Session 1867 <br />January 27, 2003 <br /> <br />BILL 8642 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 15.04 OF <br />THE UNIVERSITY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO THE <br />BUILDING CODE, BY ENACTING THEREIN A NEW <br />SUBSECTION OF SECTION 15.04.030 TO KNOWN AS "3304.7 <br />TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCES;" CONTAINING A <br />SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />A motion to adopt was made by Ms. Colquitt and seconded by Mr. <br />Lieberman. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Mr. Lieberman, Ms. <br />Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Sharpe. NAYS: Mr. Wagner, Ms. Welsch and <br />Mayor Adams. Bill number 8642 passed 4 to 3 and became ordinance <br />number 6412. <br /> <br />BILLS FOR INTRODUCTION: <br /> <br />1. A bill was introduced by Ms. Colquitt, entitled: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10.44 OF THE CITY <br />CODE, RELATING TOPARKING RESTRICTIONS ON SPECIFIC <br />STREETS, BY REPEALING SECTION 10.44.010 THEREOF, <br />RELATING TO PARKING PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS <br />AT ALL TIMES, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW <br />SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 10.44.010 PARKING <br />PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS AT ALL TIMES," <br />THEREBY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO PROHIBIT <br />PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON OLIVE BOULEVARD; CONTAINING <br />A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its first reading and assigned number 8643. <br /> <br />Mr. Lieberman asked if the County would be passing a similar law. Mr. <br />Ollendorff responded in the affirmative. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION: <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved to go into Executive Session to discuss Legal issues - Sewer <br />Lateral Fees for Condos, in accordance with RSMo 610.021 (1). The meeting <br />will begin at 9:30 p.m. in the second floor conference room. Mr. Munkel <br />seconded the motion. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Mr. <br />Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, Mayor Adams. <br />NAYS: none.
