Session 1867 January 27, 2003 BILL 8642 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 15.04 OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO THE BUILDING CODE, BY ENACTING THEREIN A NEW SUBSECTION OF SECTION 15.04.030 TO KNOWN AS "3304.7 TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCES;" CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. The bill was given its second reading. The bill was given its third reading. A motion to adopt was made by Ms. Colquitt and seconded by Mr. Lieberman. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Mr. Lieberman, Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Sharpe. NAYS: Mr. Wagner, Ms. Welsch and Mayor Adams. Bill number 8642 passed 4 to 3 and became ordinance number 6412. BILLS FOR INTRODUCTION: 1. A bill was introduced by Ms. Colquitt, entitled: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10.44 OF THE CITY CODE, RELATING TOPARKING RESTRICTIONS ON SPECIFIC STREETS, BY REPEALING SECTION 10.44.010 THEREOF, RELATING TO PARKING PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS AT ALL TIMES, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 10.44.010 PARKING PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS AT ALL TIMES," THEREBY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO PROHIBIT PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON OLIVE BOULEVARD; CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. The bill was given its first reading and assigned number 8643. Mr. Lieberman asked if the County would be passing a similar law. Mr. Ollendorff responded in the affirmative. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Mr. Sharpe moved to go into Executive Session to discuss Legal issues - Sewer Lateral Fees for Condos, in accordance with RSMo 610.021 (1). The meeting will begin at 9:30 p.m. in the second floor conference room. Mr. Munkel seconded the motion. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, Mayor Adams. NAYS: none.
