Session 1867 <br />January 27, 2003 <br /> <br />BILL 8639 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10.44 OF <br />THE UNIVERSITY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO <br />PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON SPECIFIC STREETS, BY <br />REPEALING SECTION 10.44.020 THEREOF, RELATING TO <br />PARKING PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS DURING <br />DESIGNATED HOURS, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A <br />NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 10.44.020 <br />PARKING PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS DURING <br />DESIGNATED HOURS," THEREBY AMENDING SAID SECTION <br />SO AS TO PROHIBIT PARKING DURING DESIGNATED HOURS <br />FROM 8059 TO 8065 TEASDALE AVENUE; CONTAINING A <br />SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved to adopt and Ms. Welsch seconded the motion. The <br />roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. <br />Lieberman, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, Ms. Colquitt, Mayor Adams. NAYS: <br />none. Bill number 8639 passed unanimously and became ordinance <br />number 6410. <br /> <br />BILL 8641 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10.44 OF <br />THE CITY CODE, RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON <br />SPECIFIC STREETS, BY REPEALING SECTION 10.44.010 <br />THEREOF, RELATING TO PARKING PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN <br />STREETS AT ALL TIMES, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A <br />NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 10.44.010 <br />PARKING PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS AT ALL TIMES," <br />THEREBY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO PROHIBIT <br />PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON THE EAST AND WEST SIDES OF <br />HAYS AVENUE; CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND <br />PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />The motion to adopt was made by Mr. Sharpe and seconded by <br />Ms. Welsch.
