Session 1868 <br />February 10, 2003 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, ON <br />BEHALF OF THE CITY, TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE AN <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE MISSOURI HIGHWAYS AND <br />TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION WHICH PROVIDES THAT <br />THE COMMISSION SHALL DESIGN AND REBUILD THE <br />INTERSECTION OF MOUNT OLIVE AT OLIVE BOULEVARD. <br /> <br />The bill was given its first reading and assigned bill number 8645. <br /> <br />2. A bill was introduced by Ms. Colquitt, entitled: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, ON <br />BEHALF OF THE CITY, TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE AN <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE MISSOURI HIGHWAYS AND <br />TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION WHICH AUTHORIZES THE <br />CITY TO REPLACE THE CANTON AVENUE BRIDGE. <br /> <br />The bill was given its first reading and assigned the number 8646. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION: <br /> <br />Mr. Munkel moved to adjourn to executive session immediately following this <br />meeting in the second floor conference room of City Hall to discuss personnel <br />matters per RSMo Statute 610.21(3). Ms. Welsch seconded the motion. The roll <br />call votes were as follows: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Lieberman, Ms. <br />Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, Mayor Adams. NAYS: none. The motion to adjourn to <br />executive session carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams announced that the next regular City Council meeting would be at <br />7:30 p.m. on Monday, February 24, 2003.
