Session 1869 <br />February 24, 2003 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK'S DOCKET: <br /> <br />BILLS FOR SECOND AND THIRD READINGS: <br /> <br />BILL 8645 - AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, TO ENTER INTO AND <br />EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE MISSOURI HIGHWAYS <br />AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION WHICH PROVIDES <br />THAT THE COMMISSION SHALL DESIGN AND REBUILD THE <br />INTERSECTION OF MOUNT OLIVE AT OLIVE BOULEVARD. <br /> <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Ms Welsch made the motion to adopt. Mr. Wagner seconded. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: AYES -Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, <br />Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, Mayor <br />Adams. NAYS: None <br /> <br />Bill number 8645 passed unanimously and became ordinance <br />number 6414. <br /> <br />BILL 8646 - AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, TO ENTER INTO AND <br />EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE MISSOURI HIGHWAYS <br />AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION WHICH AUTHORIZES <br />THE CITY TO REPLACE THE CANTON AVENUE BRIDGE. <br /> <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Munkel moved to adopt.
