In response to Dan Wald’s concerns, Crown Center has agreed to reconfigure the Project to 30’ <br />off of the North property line as provided on the attached site plan. <br />In addition, on September 5, 2017, notices of the proposed development and the September 25 <br />Council Meeting were mailed Return Receipt Requested to the following parties related to the <br />ownership of Delcrest Plaza (copies of which are attached hereto): <br />1. University Terrace Associates, L.P., 8420 Delmar Boulevard, Suite 406, St. Louis, <br />Missouri 63124 (the property owner and address of record according to the St. Louis <br />County Assessor’s Office); <br />2. Daniel S. Wald, as registered agent of University Terrace Associates, L.P. (to Mr. Wald’s <br />home address); and <br />3. Daniel S. Wald, as registered agent of University Terrace Associates, L.P. (to 1300 <br />South Hampton Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63139, which is the address of record provided <br />by the Missouri Secretary of State). <br />NOTIFICATION TO COUNCIL APARTMENTS II, INC. (OWNER OF RESIDENTIAL TOWER <br />TO THE SOUTH OF PROPOSED PROJECT) <br />The City of University City sent a notice to Council Apartments II, Inc., an affiliate of Crown <br />Center for Senior Living. Due to the common leadership and control, a formal meeting was <br />unnecessary. <br />In addition, on September 5, 2017, notices of the proposed development and the September 25 <br />Council Meeting were mailed Return Receipt Requested to the following parties related to the <br />ownership of Council Apartments Phase II (copies of which are attached hereto): <br />1. Council Apartments II, Inc., 8350 Delcrest Drive, St. Louis, Missouri 63124 (the property <br />owner and address of record according to the St. Louis County Assessor’s Office); and <br />2. Nikki Goldstein, as registered agent of Council Apartments II, Inc. (to the address of <br />record provided by the Missouri Secretary of State). <br />NOTIFICATION TO VANGUARD CROSSING APARTMENTS (APARTMENT COMPLEX <br />DIRECTLY SOUTH OF THE CROWN CENTER FOR SENIOR LIVING CAMPUS) <br />On Friday, August 11, 2017, Nikki Goldstein, Executive Director of Crown Center for Senior <br />Living, visited the Vanguard Crossing Apartments management office. Ms. Goldstein indicated <br />that she would like to discuss the proposed redevelopment Project with the manager. The two <br />individuals in the management office received Ms. Goldstein’s business card and brochure <br />about Crown Center For Senior Living and stated they would respond with any questions. <br />Nobody has called back to discuss. <br />In addition, on September 5, 2017, notices of the proposed development and the September 25 <br />Council Meeting were mailed Return Receipt Requested to the following parties related to the <br />ownership of Vanguard Crossing Apartments (copies of which are attached hereto): <br />1. RAIA MO SPE VEHICLE, LLC, 500 North Franklin TPKE, Ramsey, New Jersey 07446 <br />(which is the owner and address of record provided by the St. Louis County Assessor’s <br />Office); and <br />2.
