Session 1881 May 5, 2003 CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. The bill was given its second reading. The bill was given its third reading. Mr. Lieberman moved to adopt the bill. Ms. Welsch seconded. The roll vote was a follows: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, and Mayor Adams. NAYS: None. Bill Number 8654 was adopted and became Ordinance Number 6423. BILLS FOR INTRODUCTION: 1. A bill was introduced by Mr. Sharpe, entitled: AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS "7828 AND 7830 DELMAR CONDOMINIUM" AND LOCATED AT 7828 AND 7830 DELMAR. The bill was given its first reading and assigned the number 8655. 2. A bill was introduced by Ms. Welsch, entitled: AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS 7304 LINDELL CONDOMINIUM AND LOCATED AT 7304 LINDELL. The bill was given its first reading and assigned the number 8656. ADJOURNMENT: Mayor Adams announced that there will be two budget study sessions to be held on May 12 and May 14, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. in the E.O.C. room in the basement. Citizens can obtain copies of the budget at the Library. The next regular Council meeting will be on May 19, 2003 at 7:30 p.m. when there will be another Public Hearing.
