6. EXHAUST SYSTEM <br /> <br />If applicable, an exhaust system shall be installed and/or other means shall be <br />taken to prevent any food preparation odors or cooking odors from being <br />perceptible beyond the lot lines of the property on which the business is located. <br />The exhaust system shall be maintained in a clean condition by regularly <br />scheduled cleaning of the system. <br /> <br />7. PARKING AGREEMENT <br /> <br />A parking agreement for the lease of eight parking spaces shall be executed prior <br />to occupancy as granted. <br /> <br />8. OTHER REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />All appropriate permits \[e.g. building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing\] must <br />be obtained prior to the start of any and all construction. The applicant must <br />adhere to all requirements of the Building Code. <br /> <br /> <br />Department of Public Works and Parks <br /> <br />1. All pedestrian facilities shall comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act <br />(ADA). <br /> <br />2. Lighting for the outdoor patio and along the public right-of-way may need to be <br />shielded to prevent light spillover to adjacent property. <br /> <br />3. If work will occur in the right-of-way, a traffic control plan is required. <br /> <br />4. If a sidewalk closure will be necessary, provide a plan for re-routing. <br /> <br />5. Provide a plan for trash and recycling collection based on the current layout of <br />the containers. It is recommended the containers face the alley for ease of <br />emptying. <br /> <br />6.
