Ms. Colquitt seconded. The roll vote <br />was a follows: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, <br />Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, and Mayor Adams.
