Historic Preservation Commission <br />October 19, 2017 Meeting Minutes <br />The Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) held a meeting in the Heman Park Community <br />Center located at 975 Pennsylvania Avenue, University City, Missouri on Thursday, October 19, <br />2017. The meeting commenced at 6:30 pm. <br />1. Roll Call <br />Voting Members Present Voting Members Absent <br />Donna Marin, Chairperson Esley Hamilton, Vice-Chairperson <br />Bill Chilton Mark Critchfield <br />Donna Leach Sandy Jacobson <br />Robert Klahr <br />Non-Voting Members Present <br />Michael Glickert, Council Liaison <br />Staff Present <br />Andrea Riganti, Director of Community Development <br />Andrew Stanislav, Planner <br />2. Approval of Minutes <br />2.a. August 17, 2017 Historic Preservation Commission meeting minutes <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Chilton to approve the August 17, 2017 meeting minutes as <br />written. The motion was seconded by Ms. Leach and carried unanimously. <br />3. Old Business None <br />4. New Business <br />4.a. File Number: HPC 17-04 524 Trinity Avenue Review of a Conditional Use Permit <br />application in the University City Civic Complex Historic District for the proposed COCA <br />expansion and renovation project per Section 400.1550(5) of the Zoning Code (Local Historic <br />District) <br />Ms. Riganti explained the proposal and showed slides with contextual information. She <br />described the broader Zoning processes of this proposal and explained the Commission <br />. The proposed <br />modifications of the setback and height requirements are permitted under a Conditional Use <br /> Public Activity District. She explained that Traffic Commission will <br />also view this proposal from a traffic-related purview at a later date since they did not vote <br />upon initial consideration at their October 11, 2017 meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />tğŭĻ Њ ƚŅ Ќ <br /> <br />
