<br />Development Plan Amendment was brought before the Plan Commission as recommended <br />by the City Attorney and after the ordinance was introduced so that the process was not <br />delayed further. <br /> <br />Public Comments – None <br /> <br />A motion was made by Ms. Gainer to recommend approval of the revised Final Development <br />Plan Amendment at 8350 Delcrest Drive. The motion was seconded by Mr. Miller and <br />carried unanimously by a vote of 4-0. <br /> <br />7. Other Business <br /> <br />7.a. Public Comments <br /> <br />8. Reports <br /> <br />8.a. Code Review Committee Report <br />– None <br /> <br />8.b. Comprehensive Plan Committee Report <br /> <br /> <br />Ms. Riganti stated that CPAC would be meeting the following morning at City Hall for <br />an update on the consultant’s progress. <br /> <br />8.c. Council Liaison Report <br /> <br />Council Liaison Rod Jennings stated that Mr. Lang had presented the same information <br />tonight regarding notification of the Crown Center redevelopment at the September 25, <br />2017 City Council meeting. He also stated that City Council is discussing the <br />establishment of an Architecture Review Board to replace the existing Infill Review <br />Board and that they will be interviewing applicants for City Manager. <br /> <br />8.d. Department Report <br /> <br />Ms. Riganti explained the purpose and intent of the Infill Review Board, stating that it is <br />triggered for new construction on lots that are vacant or where a dwelling has been <br />demolished. The Infill Review Board only meets if a petition is filed with staff from the <br />notified residents. Ms. Riganti stated that the department is looking into the <br />establishment of an Architecture Review Board as Councilmember Jennings noted in his <br />update. Additionally, she stated that staff is working on a text amendment regarding an <br />update on telecommunications matters and notified the Plan Commission of the most <br />recent Map Amendment and Conditional Use Permit approvals from City Council. <br /> <br />9.
