It seems <br />unnecessary, and if included should be in a separate place from the vision. <br /> <br />Delete the three paragraphs under “Highlighting equity and sustainability,” and <br />substitute the following language in a box because of its importance, entitled “Guiding <br />Principles.” <br /> <br />U City began the new century nationally recognized for the Delmar Loop, <br />and locallyis known for its eclectic, funky and progressive neighborhoods, <br />and entertainment areas, and vibrant history of activism.
