informed the group that those groups will be included in the planning processand that the <br />City will be providing a list. <br />It was also recommendedthat the team notminimize the electronic connectionof seniors <br />because many of them are connected and that they access this mediaat the Public Library <br />and the Centennial Commons. It was also recommended that all of the materials be made <br />available in paper copy at the Public Library and City Hall for people to review. <br />In closing, Mr. Gardner thanked everyone for their time. He informed the group that RayLai <br />will serve as theconduit between this group and the consultant team so all communication <br />should be directed to him. Mr. Gardneralso directed the group to send any stakeholder <br />interview names to Mr. Lai as well along withnames of individuals for the topic base groups <br />or organization that ADshould be interviewingin its outreach efforts. <br />Ms. Moran then thanked everyone for coming out and encouraged them to spreadthe word <br />about the meetings andinvite their neighbors to get involved in the process. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
