Session 1893
August 4, 2003

Mr. Wagner moved approval of the Consent Calendar. Mr. Sharpe seconded the
motion, which carried unanimously.

CITIZEN COMMENTS:

Barbara Heise, 920 Golf Course, raised the issue of lack of police action in
respect of a derelict car with expired tags left at 7356 Wellington for a month.
Her understanding was that it would be removed after five days. The meeting starts at
6:30 p.m. at the Community Center.

ANNOUNCEMENT:

Mayor Adams noted also that tomorrow night was also Night Out for Crime and
asked everyone to keep their porch light on.

CITY CLERK'S DOCKET:

BILLS FOR SECOND AND THIRD READINGS:

None.

BILLS FOR INTRODUCTION:

A bill was introduced by Ms. Welsch, entitled:

AN ORDINANCE TO CONFORM WITH REQUIREMENTS OF
MISSOURI SENATE BILL 262 TO ESTABLISH A PROCEDURE
TO DISCLOSE POTENTIAL CONFLICTS OF INTEREST AND
SUBSTANTIAL INTERESTS FOR CERTAIN MUNICIPAL
OFFICIALS.

The bill was given its first reading and assigned number 8666.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Mr. Wagner motioned that Council adjourn for an Executive Session in
Room 6, 2nd Floor of City Hall in approximately five minutes to discuss
Page 2
