<br />Questions from LCRA members and responses include: <br /> <br /> <br /> What is the timeline for completion? <br />Construction is expected to take 8-9 months. Project initiation is dependent on when <br />complete financing is secured, including historic tax credits. <br /> <br /> What are the expected rents? <br />Between $1.07 and $1.19 per square foot. <br /> <br /> Who is the project contractor? <br />Pinnacle <br /> <br /> Has the developer completed other similar historic renovation projects? <br />The developer’s partner, Vince Ebersoldt, has completed several large scale historic <br />renovation projects in the City of St. Louis. Mr. Ebersoldt reviewed some of the projects. <br /> <br />Ms. Riganti asked the LCRA to review a resolution regarding the blight analysis and <br />redevelopment plan. The LCRA’s recommendation on these items will be forwarded to Plan <br />Commission and City Council. Both bodies will also consider the blight analysis and <br />redevelopment plan for the project. <br /> <br />Ms. Greening motioned to approve Resolution 2017-1, seconded by Mr. Rayhawk.
