LOUIS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH. The motion was seconded by Councilmember Smotherson <br />and carried unanimously. <br />Introduced by CouncilmemberCrow <br />2.RESOLUTION 2017-9 <br />A RESOLUTION TO ADOPTTHE FISCAL YEAR2018 BUDGET. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilmember Jennings. <br />CouncilmemberMcMahon stated during the weeks following the Study Session he has <br />received numerous emails, phone calls and even met with residents to discuss items <br />contained within the budget. So he is pleased that Council set the budget discussions out <br />early to ensure there were no surprises and people had plenty of time to talk about what <br />they felt was important. <br /> <br />Page 4 of 16 <br /> <br />
