The estimated total square footage of the property in the proposed <br />improvement district is 710,605 square feet. <br /> <br />The cost of any improvement to be assessed against the property in the <br />improvement district shall be apportioned against such property in <br />accordance with the benefits accruing thereto by reason of such <br />improvement. The proposed method of assessment is for the cost to be <br />assessed against the property equally per front foot, except for corner lots <br />with front and side footage that abut a Subdivision street, which are to be <br />assessed based on all of such footage but at one half of the front foot <br />amount assessed against the other lots. The estimated cost is <br />approximately $111.14 per front foot for lots which are not on corners. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />The proposed improvement is advisable, necessary and in the public <br />interest. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the final cost of the proposed improvement <br />assessed against the real property within the proposed neighborhood improvement district <br />and the amount of any general obligation bonds issued therefore shall not, without a new <br />petition or election, exceed the estimated cost of such improvement by more than twenty- <br />five percent. <br /> <br /> BE IT ADDITIONALLY RESOLVED: That the proposed neighborhood <br />improvement district is hereby established.
