Session 1900 <br />November 3, 2003 <br /> <br />WITH WINCO REDEVELOPMENT COPORATION, INC., A MISSOURI <br />CORPORATION, IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE, CONSTRUCTION, <br />IMPROVEMENT AND EQUIPPING OF AN INDUSTRIAL PLANT; APPROVING <br />A PLAN FOR THE PROJECT; AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING CERTAIN <br />OTHER DOCUMENTS; AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN OTHER ACTIONS IN <br />CONNECTION WITH THE ISSUANCE OF SAID BONDS, AND CONTAINING <br />AN EMERGENCY CLAUSE. <br /> <br />The bill was given its first reading and assigned bill number 8694. <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Munkel moved to accept Bill Number 8694 and Mr. Wagner seconded the <br />motion. <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff acknowledged the presence of Mr. Gant Miller, the owner of <br />Winco, and expressed his thanks and that of University City for continuing to <br />build projects here. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: AYES:- Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, Ms. Colquitt, <br />Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman and Mayor Adams. NAYS: - none. Bill <br />Number 8694 was passed unanimously and became Ordinance Number 6462. <br /> <br />2. A bill (EMERGENCY) was introduced by Mr. Munkel, entitled: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION OF A PLAT OF A <br />TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS "CLAYMONT PLACE CONDOMINIUMS <br />PHASE 2" AND LOCATED AT 520 NORTH & SOUTH THEREBY CREATING A <br />CONDOMINIUM FORM OF OWNERSHIP; CONTAINING AN EMERGENCY <br />CLAUSE. <br /> <br />The bill was given its first reading and assigned bill number 8695. <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Munkel moved to accept Bill Number 8695 and Mr. Wagner seconded the <br />motion. <br /> <br />Ms. Welsch asked why this Bill has an emergency clause, and Mr. Ollendorff <br />responded that buyers were ready to complete the transaction.
