provided in Section 10.56.010 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, and the driver, owner, or person in charge of such vehicle <br />shall also be liable for any associated towing or storage costs. <br />G. No person other than the City or its duly-authorized <br />contractor shall tow or move the incapacitated vehicle, authorize <br />the towing or moving of the incapacitated vehicle, or remove or <br />tamper with wheel immobilization device. Any person found guilty of <br />violating this section shall be subject to punishment as providedin <br />Section 1.12.010 of the University City Municipal Code. <br />Section 2. <br />It is hereby declared to be the intention of the Council of <br />University City that each and every part, section and subsection of this <br />Ordinance shall be separate and severable from each and every other part, <br />section and subsection hereof and that the City Council intends to adopt each <br />said part, section and subsection separately and independently of any other part, <br />section and subsection.
