March 28, 2008 <br />Ms. Joyce Pumm, City Clerk Re: Application for Resubdivision Condominium <br />City of University City and Lot Consolidation <br />6801 Delmar Boulevard 962 - 988 Warder Avenue (even) <br />University City, MO 63130 and 7729 - 7741 Wild Plum Lane (odd) <br />Dear Ms. Pumm: <br />At its regular meeting on March 26, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. in the Emergency Operations Center <br />of City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, the City Plan Commission conducted a hearing on an <br />application by Larimore Group, LLC, represented by Johnathan P.
