Session 1904 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />December 15, 2003 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers <br />of City Hall, on Monday, December 15, 2003, Mayor Joseph Adams called the meeting <br />to order at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of Council were <br />present: <br /> <br />Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br />Mr. Robert Wagner <br />Mr. Larry Lieberman <br />Mr. Wayne Munkel <br />Ms. Shelley Welsch <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present were the City Manager, Mr. Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />MINUTES: <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved to approve the minutes of the regular City Council Meeting held on <br />December 1, 2003, at 7:30 p.m., and the motion was seconded by Mr. Sharpe. It <br />passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved to approve the minutes of the Study Session held on Saturday, <br />December 6, 2003 at 10:15 a.m. in the Conference Room on the Second Floor of City <br />Hall, with a small paragraph addition from Ms. Welsch. Mr. Lieberman seconded the <br />motion and it passed unanimously. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT/REAPPOINTMENT <br /> <br />Ms. Welsch moved to appoint Jen Jensen, to the Historic Preservation Commission for <br />a term ending September 9, 2006. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion and it was <br />passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Lieberman moved to appoint Rita Gram, 7220 Greenway, to the Library Board for a <br />term ending June 30, 2006. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion and it passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved to appoint Tobias Gibson, 1058 Raisher Drive, to the Traffic <br />Commission for a term ending January 21, 2006. Ms. Welsch seconded the motion and <br />it passed unanimously. Then Mr. Wagner moved to appoint Kathryn Stein, 531 Donne <br />Avenue to the Arts and Letters Commission for a term ending January 2, 2008. Ms. <br />Welsch seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
