Session 1904 MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL December 15, 2003 At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers of City Hall, on Monday, December 15, 2003, Mayor Joseph Adams called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of Council were present: Ms. Cassandra Colquitt Mr. Robert Wagner Mr. Larry Lieberman Mr. Wayne Munkel Ms. Shelley Welsch Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. Also present were the City Manager, Mr. Frank Ollendorff. MINUTES: Mr. Wagner moved to approve the minutes of the regular City Council Meeting held on December 1, 2003, at 7:30 p.m., and the motion was seconded by Mr. Sharpe. It passed unanimously. Mr. Sharpe moved to approve the minutes of the Study Session held on Saturday, December 6, 2003 at 10:15 a.m. in the Conference Room on the Second Floor of City Hall, with a small paragraph addition from Ms. Welsch. Mr. Lieberman seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. APPOINTMENT/REAPPOINTMENT Ms. Welsch moved to appoint Jen Jensen, to the Historic Preservation Commission for a term ending September 9, 2006. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion and it was passed unanimously. Mr. Lieberman moved to appoint Rita Gram, 7220 Greenway, to the Library Board for a term ending June 30, 2006. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Mr. Wagner moved to appoint Tobias Gibson, 1058 Raisher Drive, to the Traffic Commission for a term ending January 21, 2006. Ms. Welsch seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Then Mr. Wagner moved to appoint Kathryn Stein, 531 Donne Avenue to the Arts and Letters Commission for a term ending January 2, 2008. Ms. Welsch seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
