BILL 8988 — <br />An ordinance amending Chapter 34 of the Municipal Code of <br />the City of University City, relating to zoning, by repealing Sections 34-40.7(3) <br />and 34-40.7(5) thereof relating to density requirements in the “PD” - Planned <br />Development district, and enacting in lieu thereof a new sections to be known <br />as "section 34-40.7(3)" and “section 34-40.7(5)” by amending said section so as <br />to remove certain density standards; containing a savings clause and providing <br />a penalty. <br />Introduced by Mr. Sharpe, Jr. <br />2. BILL 8989 — <br />An ordinance amending Chapter 34 of the Municipal Code of <br />the City of University City, relating to zoning, by repealing Section 34- <br />55(1)(4)(c) thereof relating to setback requirements for air conditioning units, <br />and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as "Section 34- <br />55.1(4)(c)," by amending said section so as to change the distance from 2 <br />feet to 1 foot; containing a savings clause and providing a penalty. <br />Introduced by Mr. Glickert <br />3. BILL 8990 — <br />An ordinance approving a final subdivision plat of a tract of land <br />to be known as “Blackberry Terrace Second Addition b-3 Consolidation” and <br />“Park Ridge Condominiums” and located at 962 - 988 Warder (even) and 7729 – <br />7741 Wild Plum (odd). <br />BILLS 8985 and 8986 <br />were pulled until the Public Hearing scheduled for April <br />14, 2008, would take place. <br />Mr. Wagner asked that the Chipotle Mexican Grill Liquor License Request be <br />removed from the Table, seconded by Mr. Price and was approved unanimously. <br />The representative from Chipotle was summoned but was not present. Ms. <br />Ricci moved to Postpone Council’s decision on the liquor license for Chipotle <br />Mexican Grill until the next Council meeting on April 21, 2008. This motion was <br />seconded by Mr. Wagner and was approved unanimously. <br />M. CITIZENS’ COMMENTS <br />Mr. Richard Dockett, 6844 Crest Ave <br />Mr. Dockett expressed his support for the staff’s establishing a low income <br />pricing for the collection of delinquent trash bills. <br /> <br />
