BILL 8984 — <br />An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of the University City <br />Municipal Code, relating to parking restrictions for specific streets, by repealing <br />Section 10.44.020 thereof, relating to parking prohibited on certain streets <br />during designated hours, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known <br />as “Section 10.44.020 parking prohibited on certain streets during designated <br />hours,” thereby amending said section so as to prohibit parking between the <br />hours of seven A.M. and nine A.M. and between the hours of four P.M. and six <br />P.M. BILL 8987 — <br />An ordinance of the City of University City, Missouri amending <br />the Municipal Code to authorize vehicle incapacitation by the City for <br />delinquent accumulated non-moving parking violations. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci moved to amend Bill 8987 with non-substantive changes. Changes <br />made were: <br />? <br /> <br />Instead of Chapter 10.040, it should be 10.40; <br />? <br /> <br />Paragraph beginning with (a) non-parking violation.
