All services remain intact. ? <br /> <br />? <br />U City Lions Vintage Base Ball team plays transportation service (as well as other <br /> <br />tomorrow at Heman Park at 1:00? <br />senior services) for substantially less <br /> <br />? <br />Starlight Outdoor Concert Series presents <br />cost than what was being provided by <br />“Fanfare” on Monday night, 7:30 pm at <br />the Senior Service Board then <br /> <br />Heman Park? <br />operating in University City. In order <br /> <br />? <br />Metro’s Dump the Pump Day is set for <br />to make the transition to St. Louis <br />June 19-ride Metro for free all day and <br />CORP <br />County’s system, the City <br /> <br />save ? <br />funded the hiring of a coordinator for <br /> <br />? <br />Summer Band Concert Series at the <br />University City for one year (FY08). <br />Market in the Loop on Tuesday evening set <br /> <br />to start June 24th? <br />The goal was to get seniors used to <br />the CORP concept and procedures, <br />and to recruit volunteers from our community. The transition year is now ending. The <br />physical office location will close but University City residents are still covered under <br />862-2306 <br />CORP. Seniors should not worry one bit. They should still call for <br />transportation services but the call will route to the St. John office and to Ms. Dionne <br />Davidson, a longtime CORP coordinator. And, they will still be served by University City <br />volunteers! <br /> <br />University City Lions Vintage Base Ball <br />Tomorrow, Saturday June 14 the team will <br />match up with the New Baden Juniors at Heman Park in the baseball diamond behind <br />Jack Buck Field at 1:00 pm. Come root for the ole team, it will be a hot one! <br /> <br />Fanfare <br />The Starlight Concert Series presents (R&B, Motown) on Monday, June 16 at <br />7:30 pm at Heman Park, 7210 Olive. <br /> <br />On Thursday, June 19, Metro joins American Public Transportation Association (APTA) <br />National Dump the <br />and public transit agencies throughout the nation to celebrate <br />PumpDay. <br /> Dump the Pump Day is designed to encourage people to get out of their <br /> <br />
