Ms. Watson stated that the funding did not increase from the past year and the <br />plans are for a new transfer center to be placed there. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner inquired about the MidEast Area For Aging fees at Heman Community <br />Center. <br /> <br />Ms. Watson said it originally was $37,500. Mr. Wagner asked if the lead for MidEast <br />Area would prepare in writing the needs of the organization and exactly what the <br />organization programs are. Mr. Wagner also handed out a sheet on guidelines he <br />proposes for hiring a consultant on fleet maintenance and operations. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci stated she has been challenged in getting all information she has requested <br />on employment benefits being offered. She asked to have a list prepared showing who <br />was issued laptops and cell phones, mileage benefits, family health insurance, use of <br />City cars and anything else that might be an additional benefit in addition to their salary. <br /> <br />Mr. Glickert asked who completes the yearly review as to who gets what gas allowance <br />and what criteria was used in the evaluation. <br /> <br />The majority of the Council asked Ms. Watson to change all gas reimbursement is <br />required to report actual mileage traveled and destination and purpose for <br />reimbursement in the fiscal year 09. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci asked Ms. Watson to supply her with information of the total cost presently for <br />health insurance provided for early retirement till age of sixty-five. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />Joyce Pumm, City Clerk <br /> <br />
