The Neighborhood Preservation and Historic Properties Tax Credit Workshop <br /> will <br />be held at Heman Park Community Center, 975 Pennsylvania, on Tuesday, September <br />16, 6:30 – 8:30 PM. The session will offer an opportunity to learn more about two <br />state tax credit programs for home improvement projects.At the free program, you will <br />hear about program guidelines and learn about the application process. There will be <br />ample time for questions. Come find out if your project is eligible. The workshop is part <br />of the department’s Home Improvement Program education and outreach series. The total blended rate will be $4.2104 <br />generating revenue of $26,980,402, of which $4,729,132 is reserved for debt service. <br />The detailed posting is included as an attachment. Due to the assessment year both <br />the School District and the City’s rates set this year will act as a ceiling for the next two <br />years.
