Bill 8997 – A n ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of the University City <br />Municipal Code, relating to two-hour parking zones., and enacting in lieu thereof <br />a new section to be known as “Section 10.44.030 two-hour parking zones.,” <br />thereby amending said section so as to restrict parking to a period of time of two <br />hours in Forsyth Blvd on the north side on every day of the week except <br />Saturday, Sunday and holidays between 9 am and 6 pm thereof from a point 22 <br />ft of the east line of Lindell Blvd to a point 36 ft east thereof; and between the <br />hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. thereof from a point 75 ft of the west line of Lindell <br />Blvd to a point 98 ft to the west. Bill 8998 — An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of the University City <br />Municipal Code, relating to parking restrictions for specific streets, by repealing <br />Section 10.44.010 thereof, relating to parking prohibited on certain streets at all <br />times, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section <br />10.44.010 Parking Prohibited on certain streets at all times,” on the north side of <br />Forsyth Blvd thereof from the west line of Lindell Blvd to the western City Limits <br />to the west, except for a distance of 144 feet starting at 75 feet from the west line <br />of Lindell Blvd to the West; containing a saving clause and providing a penalty. <br />Mr. Sharpe, Jr. moved for approval and was seconded by Mr. Wagner. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />AYES: Mr. Sharpe, Jr., Mr. Price, Ms. Ricci, Mr. Wagner and Mayor Adams. <br />NAYS: none <br />5.
