RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, St. Louis County Justice Center is available to house municipal inmates; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, University City desires to have inmates housed at Justice Center; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, St.. Louis County requires that University City accept a Contract for such <br />serVices; it is therefore: <br /> <br />RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes its City Manager to execute said contract. <br />ADOPTED, this 6~9 dayof .~. ,2004 <br /> <br /> <br />
