The hours of operation shall be limited to those between 5:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. Monday <br />through Saturday and between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Sunday. Any expansion in the <br />hours of operation shall be presented to the City Council in writing for their consideration, <br />prior to those changes taking effect. <br />5. Customer seating areas shall be limited to the layout included in this application for <br />conditional use.
