Kim is a <br />lawyer and used to be the executive director of the Management Assistance Program of <br />the Grand-Oak Hill Community Corporation. She comes to the LSBD with a great deal <br />of experience and energy. To give the Loop its own address, she now has an office at <br />the old City Library at the 630 Trinity building next to City Hall. She will be in the office <br />on the main floor Tuesdays and Wednesdays by appointment.
