BILL 9010 - An ordinance amending Chapter 9.08 of the University City <br />Municipal Code, relating to offenses against public peace and decency, by <br />enacting therein a new section to be known as “Section 9.08.045 panhandling”; <br />containing a savings clause and providing a penalty. <br />3. BILL 9011 - An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to parking restrictions on specific streets, by repealing Section <br />10.44.040 thereof, relating to one-hour parking zones., and enacting in lieu thereof a <br />new section to be known as “Section 10.44.040 one-hour parking zones.,” thereby <br />amending said section so as to restrict to a one-hour parking zone from 9:00 a.m. to <br />6:00 p.m., Monday thru Saturday starting in a point 580 feet from Coolidge Drive for <br />a distance of 175 feet to the west thereof, containing a saving clause and providing <br />a penalty <br />. <br />4. BILL 9012 - An ordinance amending Chapter 10.36 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to regulations for specific streets, by repealing Section 10.36.090 <br />thereof, relating to stop intersections – vehicles to stop at certain intersections, and <br />enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 10.36.090 stop <br />intersections – vehicles to stop at certain intersections” thereby amending said <br />section so as for traffic to stop at intersection of Purcell Ave and Julian Ave; <br />containing a saving clause and providing a penalty. <br />5. BILL 9013 - An ordinance amending Chapter 10.40 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to stopping, standing and parking generally, by repealing Section <br />10.40.020 thereof, relating to stopping, standing and parking prohibited in specified <br />places—exceptions, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as <br />“Section 10.40.020 thereof, relating to stopping, standing and parking prohibited in <br />specified places—exceptions,” thereby amending said section so as to prohibit <br />parking at all times for golf course customers, on the south side of Groby Rd. thereof <br />from the east line of Old Bonhomme Rd to the west line of Tulane Ave;containing a <br />saving clause and providing a penalty. <br />RESOLUTIONS <br />L.
