He would like to propose some changes as talking about it <br />before voting on it. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci addressed the flood citizens to be sure they were aware that the City does <br />not have money to buyout anyone. She felt this would slowly happen sometime in <br />the future but could not be done by the City as they don’t have the finances to do so. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams said that buy-outs happen through the appropriation of Congress. He <br />also asked the Council what they want to do with the fund raiser money and how will <br />it will be dispersed. Plus he reminded Council that it takes time to do it and takes a <br />lot of work. <br /> <br />Mr. Crow asked Ms. Feier to project what the sales and use tax pool is going to be <br />as the economy tightens in the coming years. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams announced the next Council meeting October 27 preceded by a Study <br />session at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Joyce Pumm, City Clerk <br />
