Stephen Myers was sworn in to the Historic Preservation Commission in the City <br />Clerk’s office. <br />G. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />H. CONSENT AGENDA <br />I. CITY MANAGER’S REPORT <br />Councilmember Price asked the City Manager to reserve $1,000 in the General <br />Fund for the Sutter Meyer in light of Sutter Meyer not receiving the $1,000 CDBG <br />Grant for restoration of the house as previously approved by Council. He asked that <br />funding to Sutter Meyer be included in the next budget transfer. Mr. Glickert asked <br />to be excused from the dais because of possible conflict of interest. <br />Mr. Price’s motion was seconded by Mr. Wagner. and was passed unanimously. <br />J. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Bill 9009 will be held until farther study is completed. <br />1. BILL 9009 - An ordinance amending Chapter 9.20 of the University City <br />Municipal Code, relating to offenses by or against minors, by repealing <br />Section 9.20.020 thereof, relating to curfew, and by repealing Section <br />9.20.030 thereof, relating to unlawful for parent, guardian or other adult to <br />permit curfew violation, and enacting in lieu thereof new sections to be <br />known as “Section 9.20.020 curfew”, and “Section 9.20.030 unlawful for <br />parent, guardian or other adult, to permit violation”, thereby amending <br />said sections so as to change the curfew time to between the hours of ten <br />p.m. and six a.m. on all days; containing a savings clause and providing <br />penalty. <br />K. NEW BUSINESS <br />BILLS <br />Introduced by Mr. Sharpe, Jr. <br />1. BILL 9014 - An ordinance adopting “Olive Boulevard Design Guidelines” for all <br />new development and any substantial redevelopment along Olive Boulevard <br />within the City Limits. <br />Introduced by Mr. Glickert <br />2. BILL 9015 - An ordinance amending chapter 34 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to zoning, by enacting therein new sections to be known as 34- <br />30.6(4) [“Other Development Standards” in the “SR” – Single Family Residential <br />District; 34-31.6(4) “Other Development Standards” in the LR” – Limited <br />Residential. District; 34-32.6(4) “Other Development Standards” in the “MR” – <br />Medium Density Residential. District; 34-33.6(9) “Other Development Standards” <br />in the “HR” – High Density Residential.
