sales tax shall be in effect as provided in Sections 94.850 – 94.857 RSMo. Otherwise, <br />said sales tax shall not take effect. <br />Section 4. Said election shall be held in full compliance with all applicable <br />laws. <br />Section 5. The City Clerk is directed to notify the Board of Election <br />Commissioners of St. Louis County, Missouri of the election and Proposition ___ prior to <br />5:00 p.m. on May 26, 2009, as required by law. <br />Section 6.
