Session 1914
March 15, 2004

The roll call vote was taken and the result was as follows: AYES: - Mr.
Lieberman, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner and
Mayor Adams; NAYS: none. Bill number 8712 was passed and became
Ordinance Number 6480.

COMMENTS

Ms. Welsch commented on Bill No. 8709, pointing out that she expressed her concern
to the City Manager over the wording of one of the letters to Mound City Nut on this
issue, and that both he and the Assistant City Manager assured her that the owner has
been informed of exactly what this Bill means, specifically in relation to the retaining
wall.

Mr. Lieberman commented that at the previous Council meeting at 8200 Olive
Boulevard, behind Lulu's Restaurant, had been discussed, and the addition parking they
had requested. The Council postponed consideration so that members of the Council
and the City Manager could view the property. The invitation to do so has not been
forthcoming. Mayor Adams asked if there was a motion to take it off of the table, and
Mr. Lieberman replied that all he wanted to do was make sure the administration fulfilled
their promise by allowing Council to view this site, before discussing it further.

CITIZEN'S COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS

Joann Bollman, 7853 Olive Boulevard, asked about Bill No. 8709. She said that she
owns lots on both sides of the alley, one at 1212 Fairview and 7853 Olive Boulevard.
She wanted to know if she would "get fifteen feet because she owns two lots?" Mayor
Adams responded that she would. She then asked for written documentation of this,
showing her ownership, in the event that she wants to sell the properties. Mr. Ollendorff
said he would meet with her directly after the meeting.

ADJOURNMENT

Mayor Adams announced that the next regular meeting of the City Council will be held
on Monday, March 29, 2004, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers.

Next, Mayor Adams stated that Council would reconvene in Study Session in the
Second Floor conference room; where they had been in session prior to the Regular
Session, and that this meeting is open to the public.

The meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m.

Page 8
