Session 1926 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br />AND <br /> PLAN COMMISSION <br /> <br />June 28,2004 <br /> <br />At a duly posted study session of the City Council of University City and the Plan <br />Commission held in the E.O.C. Room on the lower level of City Hall on Monday, <br />June 28, 2004, Mayor Joseph L. Adams called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />In addition to Mayor Adams, the following Councilmembers and Plan <br />Commission members were present: <br /> <br />Members of City Council: <br /> <br />Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br />Ms. Francine Brungardt <br />Mr. Robert Wagner <br />Ms. Stefany Brot <br />Ms. Shelley Welsch <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe <br /> <br />Members of Plan Commission: <br /> <br />Ms. Deborah Arbogast <br />Ms. Rosalyn Borg <br />Ms. Lynn Ricci <br />Mr. Charles Marentette <br />Mr. John Kreishman <br />Mr. Stephen Myers <br /> <br />Also present was the City Manager, Frank Ollendorff, and Lehman Walker, <br />Director of the Planning and Development. <br /> <br />2005 Comprehensive Plan Update Processes: <br /> <br />After a brief introduction of the members present and of the history of the <br />Comprehensive Plan in University City, Mr. Ollendorff introduced Mr. Lehman <br />Walker, who proceeded to give all present an idea how the Comprehensive Plan <br />Update would proceed. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner wished to impress upon all present that the intermediary between <br />the new advisory board on economic progress and government is the City <br />Council and he wanted the Plan Commission to be assured that they would have <br /> <br /> <br />
