Furthermore, the <br />Council wants it known that when we discuss change orders and addendums to the <br />contract that we want to have representatives from Jacobs attend the meeting, so we <br />can discuss these changes with the Jacobs reps face-to-face. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved to approve the Iow bid submitted from K&S Associates, Inc. This was <br />seconded by Ms. Brungardt, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />TIF AND COUNCILMEMBER APPOINTMENTS: <br /> <br />Another item of business was that Mayor Pro Tem Wagner had changed his draft <br />resolution into a request to Mayor Adams to appoint three Councilmembers to the TIF <br />Commission. The five Councilmembers in attendance signed the request, which is in <br />the form of a letter.
