Krupp Construction, Inc. <br /> <br />$176 585.00 <br />$184 437.90 <br />$186 501.25 <br />$197 938.20 <br />$211 843.00 <br />$215.596.66 <br /> <br />I recommend that this project be awarded to Sunrise Construction, Inc. for their Iow bid of <br />$176,585. <br /> <br />Golf Professional Contract Renewal <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff recommended approval of a contract with golf professional Ronald M. Akin <br />to operate Ruth Park Golf Course for a five-year term under the same terms and <br />conditions of the current contract except for extended operating hours, reduced play <br />restrictions, increased share of city golf cart revenue, and adding a bonus payment for <br />increased paid rounds of golf. Mr. Akin has provided exceptional service to the city and it <br />would be to our mutual advantage to extend and strengthen the business relationship. <br /> <br />Picnic Liquor License - Christ the Kinq Parish Center <br /> <br />The City Manager recommended approval for a license to sell beer and wine at Christ the <br />King Parish Center 7316 Balson on July 9, 2004. Similar licenses have been approved in <br />past years with no adverse consequences. <br /> <br />Sidewalks and Curbs at Various Location <br /> <br />The tabulation of bid proposals for the above named project is as follows: <br /> <br />Midwest Mudjacking & Construction Co., Inc. <br />R.V.
