Session 1935 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />September 27, 2004 <br /> <br />At a regular session of the City Council of University City held in the Council chambers, <br />on September 27, 2004, Mayor Joseph Adams called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />In addition to Mayor Adams, the following members of Council were present: <br /> <br />Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br />Ms. Francine Brungardt <br />Mr. Robert Wagner <br />Ms. Stefany Brot <br />Ms. Shelley Welsch <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was the City Manager, Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved to approve the minutes of the regular Council meeting held on <br />August 16, 2004 and Ms. Brot seconded the motion, after it was noted that on page 12 <br />that Ralph Bowser is the president of the Historical Society and not the Historic <br />Preservation Commission. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS / REAPPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />Councilmember Shelley Welsch appointed David Stokes, 7450 Washington Avenue, to <br />the Library Board for a first term ending June 30, 2007, and Mr. Sharpe seconded the <br />motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmember Welsch appointed Michael Krivonak, 7444 University Drive, to the <br />Board of Adjustment for a term ending July 7, 2009, and Mr. Sharpe seconded the <br />motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Ms. Welsch appointed Jim Kirchherr, 630 Vassar Avenue; to CALOP for a term ending <br />September 9, 2007, and Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Ms. Welsch moved to reappoint Nora Cahill to CALOP for a second term ending <br />September 9, 2007, and Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmember Colquitt moved to reappoint John Raney, 6959 Pershing Avenue, to the <br />Board of Appeals for a second term ending August 1, 2009, and Mr. Sharpe seconded <br />the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
