SESSION 1720 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />APRIL 20, 1998 <br /> <br />At a special meeting of the City Council of University City held in room 6 of City Hall on <br />Monday, April 20, 1998, Mayor Joseph L. Adams called the meeting to order at 3:00 <br />p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of the Council were present: <br /> <br />Mr. Larry Lieberman <br />Mr. Paul E. Schoomer <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />ABSENT: Mr. Ware, Mr. Munkel and Mr. Wagner were excused. Also present was City <br />Manager Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION -CERTIFICATION OF APRIL 7, 1998 ELECTION: <br /> <br />According to Article IX, of the City Charter, notification was received from the Board of <br />Election Commissioners of St. Louis County showing the results of the municipal <br />election held on Tuesday, April 7, 1998 to be as follows: <br /> <br />Joseph L.
