Councilman S~ake <br />said that in order to get this matter in the minutes, he will second the motion <br />made by Councilman Soule. Upon vote, the motion was unanimously carried. <br /> <br />BILL NO. 5788 (PUBLIC ACCOMMODATIONS)Y-PLACE OF MEETING~ <br />Question was raised by Councilman Stake concerning advisability of holding the <br />continued public hearing concerning Bill No. 57~8 (Public Accommodations) in <br />larger quarters in order that all persons who wish to attend may do so. Follow- <br />ing discussion, it was the consensus of the Council that the public hearing be <br />held in the Council Chamber next week (as announced earlier by Mayor Kaufman) <br />and if it is deemed necessary at that time to again continue the public hearing, <br />the Council can then decide where to hold it and proper announcement can be <br />made. <br /> <br />ADJOURMMENT: <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Greeson, seconded by Councilman Soule, and unanimously <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 12:02 A.M. <br /> <br />~-~ncis C.
