When this TIF Commission expires, it will be subject to this new law and to the increased numbers. Ms. Welsch confirmed that this TIF committee operated under the "old law" until that time. The motion passed unanimously. Councilmember Sharpe moved to appoint Catherine Nichols, 6522 Corbitt Avenue, to the Traffic Commission for an unexpired term that ends January 21, 2006, and Ms. Colquitt seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Councilmember Brungardt moved to reappoint Kevin Moloney, 7201 Greenway Avenue, tot the Board of Appeals for a second term ending August 1, 2009, and Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion which passed unanimously. Before proceeding, Mayor Adams reminded those present to vote in the election tomorrow, November 2, 2004. OATH OF OFFICE Michael Krivonak took the oath of office to serve on the Board of Adjustment for a first term ending July 7, 2009, and Mayor Adams thanked him for this important service to the City. David Stokes, 7450 Washington Avenue, took the oath of office to serve on the Library Board for a first term ending June 30, 2007, and Mayor Adams thanked him for his service as well.
