AND 9:00 A.M. AND BETVVEEN THE <br />HOURS OF 4:00 p.m. AND 6:00 p.m. ON ALL DAYS EXCEPT SATURDAYS, <br />SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS; CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND <br />PROVIDING A PENALTY. (Held over from 10111104) <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff suggested that the Council not act on this until there is a reply from the <br />County and it was decided to hold it over again. <br /> <br />BILLS FOR SECOND AND THIRD READING <br /> <br />BILL No 8741 -AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT <br />OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS "8042, 8100 AND 8104 DELMAR <br />CONDOMINIUM" AND LOCATED AT 8042, 8100 AND 9104 DELMAR. <br /> <br />The applicant requested that this ordinance be held over. Ms. Welsch asked why it was <br />held over by the applicant and Mr. Ollendorff advised that a legality has surfaced that <br />may require the buildings to be dealt with separately. The developers are still working <br />out the "legalities", but it is all right for sale signs to be posted as long as they are <br />stipulated as "conditional." <br /> <br />Bill No 8742 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10.44 OF THE <br />UNIVERSITY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO PARKING <br />RESTRICITONS FOR SPECIFIC STREETS, BY REPEALING SECTION <br />10.44.010 THEREOF, RELATING OT PARKING PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN <br />STREETS AT ALL TIMES, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW <br />SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 10.44.010 PARKING PROHIBITED <br />ON CERTAIN STREETS AT ALLTIMES "THEREBY AMENDING SAID <br />SECTION SO AS TO PROHIBIT PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON THE WEST <br />SIDE OF KINGSLAND AVENUE FROM THE NORTH CURB LINE OF <br />WASHINGTON AVENUE NORTHWARDLY FOR A DISTANCE OF 42 FEET; <br />CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its second and third readings. <br /> <br />Ms. Welsch moved approval and Mr. Sharpe seconded. The roll call vote was as <br />follows: AYES: Ms. Brungardt, Ms. Brot, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, Ms. Colquitt, and <br />Mayor Adams; NAYS: none.
