Session 1223, Minutes June 25, 1979 Page 17 Councilman Adams moved that this bill be adopted as an ordinance. Councilman Lieber- man seconded the motion. Upon roll call, the following vote was recorded: AYES: Councilmen }~tcalfe, Kelley, Sabol, Glickert, Lieberman, Adams and Mayor Mooney. NAYS: None, Bill No. 7356 became Ordinance No. 5178. Councilman Lieberman moved to reconsider rejection of Bill No, 7342, since that bill had already had three readings. City Clerk Poscover said the rejection is ruled out of order. Councilman Lieberman then moved that Bill No. 7342 be adopted as an ordi- nance. Councilman Sabol seconded the motion. Upon roll call, the following vote was recorded: AYES: Councilman Sabol. NAYS: Councilmen Kelley, Glickert~ Lieber- man, Adams, Metcalfe and Mayor Mooney. The bill was defeated by a vote of six to one. BILLS FOR.AD.
