Session 1223, Minutes <br />June 25, 1979 <br /> <br />Page 17 <br /> <br />Councilman Adams moved that this bill be adopted as an ordinance. Councilman Lieber- <br />man seconded the motion. Upon roll call, the following vote was recorded: AYES: <br />Councilmen }~tcalfe, Kelley, Sabol, Glickert, Lieberman, Adams and Mayor Mooney. <br />NAYS: None, Bill No. 7356 became Ordinance No. 5178. <br /> <br />Councilman Lieberman moved to reconsider rejection of Bill No, 7342, since that bill <br />had already had three readings. City Clerk Poscover said the rejection is ruled out <br />of order. Councilman Lieberman then moved that Bill No. 7342 be adopted as an ordi- <br />nance. Councilman Sabol seconded the motion. Upon roll call, the following vote <br />was recorded: AYES: Councilman Sabol. NAYS: Councilmen Kelley, Glickert~ Lieber- <br />man, Adams, Metcalfe and Mayor Mooney. The bill was defeated by a vote of six to one. <br /> <br />BILLS FOR.AD. OPTION.AS pRDINANCES <br /> <br />BILL NO, 7343 - FIXING TH~ COMPENSATION TO BE PAID TO CITY OFFICIALS A}~ EMPLOYEES <br />AS ENUMERATED HEREIN FROM AND AFTER JULY 1.., 1979~...AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 5128. <br /> <br />Councilman Adams moved that this bill be adopted as an ordinance. Councilman <br />Glickert seconded the motion. Upon roll call, the following vote was recorded: <br />AYES: Councilmen Glickert, Lieberman, Adams, Metcalfe~ Kelley and Mayor Mooney. <br />NAYS: Councilman Sabol. The motion carried by a vote of six to one.
