<br />Councilman Sabol moved that this bill be adopted as an ordinance. Councilman Kelley
<br />seconded the motion. Upon roll call, the following vote was recorded: AYES: Coun-
<br />cilmen Adams, Metcalfe, Kelley, Sabol, Glickert, Lieberman and ~yor Mooney. NAYS:
<br />None. Bill No. 7359 became Ordinance No. 5182.

<br />Mayor Mooney said, for the record, and benefit of the press~ that Bill Nos. 7360,
<br />7361 and 7362 are still outstanding and will merit further consideration after
<br />study has been given to them by the Pension Board.
<br />
<br />Councilman Adams moved acceptance of the budget. Councilman Sabol seconded the mo-
<br />tion. Mr. Ellman said there wa~ one more adjustment necessary, since Bill No. 7359
<br />was adopted. The amount in Account No. 409 Ambulance Fees under 1979-80 estimated
<br />revenue should be increased by $7500 to $22,500. Councilman Kelley so moved, sec-
<br />onded by Councilman Sabol. All vote Aye. All voted Aye on acceptance of the budget~
<br />
<br />Councilman Sabol moved to reconsider Bill Nos. 7350, 7352, 7354 and 7356. Council-
<br />man Kelley seconded the motion. Upon roll call, the following vote was recorded:
<br />AYES: Councilmen Adams, Metcalfe, Kelley and Sabol. NAYS: Councilmen Lieberman,
<br />Glickert and Mayor 1~oney. The motion to reconsider passed by a vote of four to
<br />three.

<br />SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 18-34. LICENSE TAX - IMPOSED; AMOUNT," TO DECREASE
<br />THE RATE FROM TEN PERCENT TO NINE PERCENT, EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, !979.
