Ahal~ Inc. in the amount of $36,587°50 be accepted. Funding for this project will come from the Community Development Block Grant. Mro Dieckgraefe responded to a number of questions from the Council. He said the ramps will have a slightly roughened surface so they will not be as slippery in bad weather, and will also be a different color from the adjacent concrete, so people will be aware of a change in the level of the sidewalk. He also said the work on these ramps will not interfere ~th the work to be done on the streets cov- ered by the bond issue. Councilman Adams moved approval of the bid from Oliver T. APPROVAL OF LEASE FOR YOUTH RESOURCES CEI~ER The City ~nager said that the lease at 7129 Olive Boulevard, the building being used by the Youth Resources Center, will expire on June 30, 1979. The owner of the building is requesting a rent increase from $400 to $440 per month. The money was
