Ahal~ Inc. in the amount of $36,587°50 <br />be accepted. Funding for this project will come from the Community Development <br />Block Grant. <br /> <br />Mro Dieckgraefe responded to a number of questions from the Council. He said the <br />ramps will have a slightly roughened surface so they will not be as slippery in <br />bad weather, and will also be a different color from the adjacent concrete, so <br />people will be aware of a change in the level of the sidewalk. He also said the <br />work on these ramps will not interfere ~th the work to be done on the streets cov- <br />ered by the bond issue. Councilman Adams moved approval of the bid from Oliver T. <br />Ahal, Inco Councilman Kelley seconded the motion which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF LEASE FOR YOUTH RESOURCES CEI~ER <br /> <br />The City ~nager said that the lease at 7129 Olive Boulevard, the building being <br />used by the Youth Resources Center, will expire on June 30, 1979. The owner of the <br />building is requesting a rent increase from $400 to $440 per month. The money was <br /> <br /> <br />
