There was discussion and Councilman }~eissen- <br />burger suggested that another letter be sent to the Secretary (under the <br />~iayor's signature) with a return receipt requested. (It must be signed for <br />by the person to whom it is addressed or it will be returned to the sender.) <br /> <br />!~EFUSE COi~TAINEP~: <br />Councilman Glickert said she observed on Sunday that the refuse barrel at <br />~{clLnight and Delmar was loaded to overfl~.~ing with newspapers.
