I~tion was seconded by Councilman Weissen- <br />burger and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />City I~nager Henry said the other change is outlined in his memo of June <br />20tho Councilraan Lieberman called to the Council's attention that this is, <br />in effect, a reduction in the number of hours work, which, in his estimation, <br />amounts to a pay increase over and above that being offered the balance of <br />the people working for the City, and as such, he is opposed to it. i~yor <br />Kaufman observed that it could be treated at a future time, and the City <br />I~nager agreed that it could be acted upon at a future time. <br /> <br />City i~nager Henry called attention to a change which should be made in <br />Section 7 of the Compensation Ordinance, where steps 1 through 6 are in- <br />dicated. He said to correspond with the Schedule A in the front they should <br />be labeled "a, b~ c, d, e, f~' all the way down the page. Councilman Grimm <br />moved this amendment.
