Upon roll call, the following <br />vote was recorded: AYES: Councilmen Lieberman, Woods, Werner, ¥~eissenburger, <br />Glickert and Mayor Kaufman. NAYS: None. ABSENT: Councilman Grimm. The <br />motion therefore carried and Bill No. 6998 was adopted as Ordinance No. 4859. <br /> <br />BILL NO. 6999 - ACCEPTING T~ CONVEYANCE OF VARIOUS PARCELS OF LAND: <br /> <br />A bill was introduced by Councilman Glickert, entitled: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE CONVEYA~CE OF VARIOUS PARCELS OF VACANT LAND AS <br />DESCRIBED HEREIN, IN TIlE CITY OF UI~IVERSITY CITY, COUI~fY OF ST. LOUIS, <br />MISSOURI, A/~ID AUTHORIZING THE CONSIDERATION THEREFOR IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE <br />DOLLAR ($1.00) PER PARCEL." <br /> <br />The bill was assigned number 6999 and given its first reading. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS: <br /> <br />QUESTIO~AIRE ON CITY SERVICES: <br />Mayor Kaufman stated that he has a note from ~[rs. l~ary Kane, National Urban <br />Fellow, concerning the final format of the questionnaire on City services <br />which has been prep8red as part of the Comprehensive Pla~ming Program. He <br />said he has examined the questionnaire and finds it is very thorough, but <br />is wondering how many citizens will take the time to read through all of <br />those questions. <br /> <br />Following some discussion, Councilman Woods said she would like to see the <br />Council go ahead on this and see what reaction is received.
