Answering a question by Council- <br />man Epstein~ he said he thinks the buildings would be compatible in design <br />and that most of the large trees in the area would remain. <br /> <br />Councilman Epstein said she would like to ask Mr. Hoffman another question, <br />whereupon the iZmyor invited I~. Hoffman to return to the microphone. She <br />asked whether he would be willing to foll~ Mr. Goldman's suggestions in <br />the matter of making the appearance compatible with the neighborhoods and <br />Mr. Hoffman replied he definitely would be - they have worked with i~. <br />Goldman in all of their presentations and intend to do that to the final <br />building if they are allowed to go ahead. <br /> <br />l~yor llaufman inquired as to the pleasure of the Council. <br /> <br />Councilman Lieberman moved adoption of Bill No. 6398. Motion seconded by <br />Councilman Katzen. Upon roll call, the following vote was recorded: AYES: <br />Councilmen Lieberman, Woods, Grimm, Epstein, }[atzen and 1,~yor Kaufman. <br />NAYS: Councilman Bamburg. ABSENT: None. The motion therefore carried and <br />Bill No. 6398 was adopted as Ordinance No. 4315. <br /> <br />BILL NO. 6404 - ~I~DING CI~PTER 23 }~:~ICIPAL CODE RELATING TO MISCELLANEOUS <br />NUISANCES - ENACTING ilEW SECTION~ SECTION 23-30.1 R~AL ESTATE TP~NSACTION, <br />BLOCXBUSTING PROHIBITED: <br /> <br />Councilman Grimm moved that Bill ~o. 6404 be defeated. <br /> <br />Motion seconded by Councilman Bamburg. <br /> <br />Upon roll call, the following vote was recorded:AYSiS:Councilmen Lieberman, <br />Woods, Grimm, Bamburg, ~pstein, Katzen and l~yor ]%aufman. NAYS: None. <br />ABSEi~T: None.
