Session 1939 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />November 15, 2004 <br /> <br />At a regular session of the City Council of University City held in the Council chambers, <br />on November 15, 2004, Mayor Joseph Adams called the meeting to order at 7:30. In <br />addition to Mayor Adams, the following members of Council were present: <br /> <br />Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br />Ms. Francine Brungardt <br />Mr. Robert G. Wagner <br />Ms. Stefany Brot <br />Ms. Shelley Welsch <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was the City Manager, Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved to approve the minutes of the November 1, 2004 regular meeting as <br />read and Ms. Brot seconded, with the motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />REAPPOINTMENT <br /> <br />Mayor Adams moved to reappointed Edith "Dee Dee" Tate, 7805 Lafon Place, for a <br />second term on the Industrial Development Authority ending August 27, 2010, and Mr. <br />Sharpe seconded. The motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams then moved to reappoint Barb Heise, 920 Golf Club Drive, for a second <br />term on the Land Clearance Redevelopment Agency, ending March 18, 2008, and Ms. <br />Colquitt seconded. The motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />OATHS OF OFFICE <br /> <br />Catherine Nickels, 6522 Corbitt Avenue, was sworn in to serve a first term on the Traffic <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Diane Sher, 740 Brittany Lane, took the oath of office to serve a first term on the <br />Pensions Boards. <br /> <br />Kevin Moloney, 7201 Greenway Avenue, was sworn in for a second term as a member <br />of the Board of Appeals. <br /> <br /> <br />
